Things you will need
- 1 tin of Tuna
- Mayonnaise
- Black pepper
- Onion
- 2 Slices Nutty Oat Bread (Whole Wheat Bread)
- Vegetables (carrot, cucumber, radish, lettuce)
- Fruit (Grapes, banana, dried mango and cranberry)
- Jamaican Tastee Cheese (Cheese of your choice)
- Deep roasted sesame seed dressing
Instructions
Instead of french fries and ketchup, I ate cucumber sticks and carrots drizzled with deep roasted sesame seed dressing.
For my appetizer I had some fresh and dried fruits. You may substitute the fruits for yogurt or even a piece of cake. You don't need to eat healthy 100% of the time. Once you do so at least 90% of the time you should be fine. Another thing is that it depends on how often and in what portion you eat food that's high fat content.
Bon appetit. What did you have for lunch? Or What will you have for lunch today? Is this something that you would eat for lunch? What would you add or subtract from this meal?
