Silk floral scarf and a clover

Winter winter go away come back never. Today was very cold and so I needed to protect my hair. Seeing that I am not able to cover my entire hair for work, I had to create a hairstyle that's protective and also cute. I opted to use my silk scarf as the focus of the hairstyle.

There are lots of style that I incorporated into this one hairstyle. I had a bang, a hump, twists and rolls.

After I did all that, I added my scarf to my hairstyle.

I completed my hairstyle by wearing a green cargo pants, orange tank and sweater (not photographed), multicolored beads and a pair of green clover earring.

Winter Vintage

Happy Monday Barbies and Kens. Recently, it is so cold and I need to vary my hairstyle for the weather. I need to ensure that my head is warm and that my hair retain it moisture.

I wanted a hairstyle that would stand out and represent me. The hairstyle below is what I put together.

For this hairstyle you will need a scarf or head tie, hair tie and some pins. Start by making a hump (you can refer to my hump post or video on youTube). Then, braid the back of your hair and hold in place with your hair tie. Finally, add the scarf or head tie to your hair. Make sure the tie is at the top of your head.

 This was how I completed my vintage look. You can play with different clothes to get the look you want to match your hairstyle.

 Here I wore a tube as a skirt to add a little color to my sweater.

My hump

Today, I wanted a hairstyle that is scarf and coat friendly. After going over a few hairstyles, I have decided to go with this one. It is very quick and easy to do.

First, I take a portion from the front excluding the sides. Then, the back portion put it in a ponytail. To make the hump at the front, make a bantu knot and then cover it with the remaining hair from the front. After, take hair from the sides and bring them to the centre and tie them. If your hair is not long enough to tie you can use rubber bands. Do this until you get to the back of your hair. Finally add your hair tie to keep your hair in place.

My hairstyle was completed with knee high boots, skinny jeans, over-sized jacket and glasses, clutch and tribal earring.
